Chalk drawings = the “new” graffiti
Seems that up in New York City a "neighbor" called the cops on another neighbor, complaining about the chalk drawing that a six-year-old girl made on the stoop of her house.
Not on the stoop of the offended "neighbor" but on the little girl’s on stoop.
And so the officials in NYC, in response to the complaint, fired off a form letter threatening a $300 fine if the respondent (in this case a six-year-old girl) did not remove the graffiti (which in this case was the chalk drawing of a flower…)
I am just trying to figure out what the appropriate "do unto your neighbor" response would be in this case…i think, as a starter, it would involve a whole bouquet of chalk drawing flowers on the "neighbor’s" stoop…
